8. Service Availability

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLONY.CARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colony.care from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
