A spreadsheet has no licence cost, but the hours spent maintaining it are a real cost. Count them when you compare.
Costs to Check in Any Quote
- Per-user fees: check whether the price is per seat. Colony.care's is not: the Lab plan covers your whole team.
- Implementation fees: check whether installation, configuration and training are billed separately. Colony.care has no implementation fee and is ready in about two minutes.
- SSO and SCIM: check which plan includes SAML and SCIM. Colony.care includes both in the Lab plan.
- Data migration: check whether bringing your existing records in costs extra. Colony.care's CSV import wizard is included in every plan.
